2017-09-04

Montage will "soon rise in the heart of Cebu City," the Cebu Daily News writes in a report on tall office buildings set for the Philippines. Costing PHP7 billion (US$136.6 million) and spanning three towers, the project from local developer Innoland Development Corp. is also touted as "an iconic hub.” One Montage, the first tower, will rise 28 floors and be turned over in the first quarter of 2019. Eight sets of escalators with a common elevator for all floors, five low-zone elevators, six high-zone elevators, two retail passenger elevators and one service elevator will move people around its total leasable space of 45,000 m2. In Makati City, Innoland will build a 45-floor building called “Altaire” costing PHP6 billion (US$117 million). This tower will have nearly 60,000 m2 of leasable area and is estimated to be completed in 2021.
