Global hotel brand Hyatt has partnered with Xuan Mai Sai Gon Construction Investment Joint Stock Co. to build a 69-story hotel tower in the center of the 34-acre Eco Green Saigon development in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Saigoneer reports. Designed by Australia's Plus Architecture, the tower would house a 300-room Hyatt Place Saigon and 250-room Hyatt House Saigon aimed at both long- and short-term guests. The hotel tower is set to open in 2023, and will be part of the larger development taking shape that includes residences, offices, gardens and a central park.
